Overview
Krete is a simple AI-powered tool that turns property photos into cinematic videos. We are committed to handling your data responsibly and transparently.
We do not require you to create an account. We collect only the minimum data needed to process your video and handle your payment.
Data we collect
When you use Krete, we may collect:
- Your email address (provided during Paddle checkout)
- The property photo you upload for video generation
- Transaction reference from Paddle (no card data stored by us)
- Basic usage data: page visits, browser type, approximate location via IP
Your uploaded images
When you upload a property photo:
- It is used solely to generate your video
- It is never shared with third parties
- It is not used to train AI models
- It is stored temporarily during generation and deleted within 24 hours
- Your generated video is stored and accessible to you for 7 days via your download link
We do not sell, license, or display your uploaded images or generated videos to anyone.
Payment data
All payments are processed by Paddle (paddle.com), a licensed payment processor. Krete never stores your card details. Paddle provides us with a transaction ID and your email for order confirmation purposes only.

How we use your data
- To generate your cinematic property video
- To process your payment and issue your download link
- To provide support if you contact us
- To improve our service (anonymised, aggregated analytics only)
Sharing your data
We do not sell your data. We share limited data only with:
- Paddle — to process your payment
- Our AI video generation infrastructure — to create your video (images only, deleted after generation)
- Analytics tools — anonymised usage data only, no personal identifiers
Data retention
- Uploaded images: deleted within 24 hours of generation
- Generated videos: available for download for 7 days, then deleted
- Email address: retained for up to 2 years for support and transaction records
- Transaction records: retained as required by applicable law (typically 7 years)
Your rights
